About Me
Hello, I’m Kathryn Kopp, LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in mental health, hospice, and medical settings—each one shaping my understanding of the human experience and deepening my commitment to this work.
What I’ve learned is that loss is something we all face, in one form or another. It might be the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the transition into college or retirement, an empty nest, or the realities of aging. These experiences can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and respect. I believe that healing is possible, even when life feels uncertain or painful. In our work together, my goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can process, reflect, and move forward at your own pace.
I make sure we have regular check-ins to see if the approach we’re using is still working for you and make necessary adjustments to help you reach your goals.
Therapy is a collaborative and dynamic process that encourages clients to tap into their strengths and resilience, especially during challenging times. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques and personalized support I am here to provide support and guidance to you during this difficult time.
You don’t have to face your struggles alone. It’s time to ask for support.
